What is a Bling It Party?
Its a Fun, Rhinestone Tshirt party that includes a gathering of your girls where you can socialize, bling out your favorite designs & wear your artwork with pride! You Pick It...You Bling It..and You Wear It!!!
When attendees, or the host, registers & pays for event, they will receive & then click on a customized link specific to the event which they are registered for. The link will ask them to select a T shirt size. Shirts are available in Unisex & Fitted versions. If selecting a Fitted T shirt, we recommend that the guest choose a size ONE size larger than they normally wear as they tend to fit more snug. However, we request that all attendees come to the event 15 minutes prior to the event start time in order to confirm & try the shirts on (if necessary). No refunds or credits will be issued for custom shirts sized improperly.
You can book your Bling It Party as far in advance as possible, but at least 2 weeks in advance is appreciated. This will allow us time time to gather and prepare all of your customized design items for a successful & fun event! Keep in mind that ALL payments are due in full 1 week prior to your event date.
Once the Host contacts Bling It Party, an invoice for the $30 Reservation Fee will be sent to the Host to hold your event date. After the Reservation Fee has been paid, and the Host has chosen up to 3 of their favorite Tshirt designs, the Host will then receive a seperate link to provide to their guests. This private link will have the event name & will allow each guest to reserve their spot & choose their favorite tshirt option of the design(s) pre-selected by the Host. All guests must be paid in full 1 week prior to the Private Party either by the Host or by the individual guests. The event Host is responsible for the 8 guests minimum payment regardless of the number of attendees paid.
Bling it Party requires a $30 NON REFUNDABLE, NON TRANSFERABLE Reservation Fee. This fee is NOT eligible for store credit as it only holds the reservationof your date and time.
Bling It Parties must be cancelled by the Host 1 week prior to the event date and time. Parties that are NOT cancelled 1 week prior to the scheduled event date are COMPLETELY NON REFUNDABLE, NON TRANSFERABLE and WILL NOT be offered Bling It Party credit.
Any money paid by party attendees on an event cancelled by the Host can be redeemed as a credit via our online merchandise store for a period of 30 calandar days. On the 31st calandar day, any unused credit will become invalid and void of future usage. ($30 Reservation fee is excluded from credit)
